In contrast to classic counselling, executive coaching is not just about listening carefully to the client and then developing a ready-made solution for them. Executive coaching is about helping people to help themselves. Accordingly, the methods for executive coaching are not standardised, but are put together according to the client's needs. It includes elements from mental training, crisis coaching and resilience coaching.
